1-4 Step right to side, left to side (both feet are under pelvis)

5-6 Step right back near to the left heel, step left in place (rock step back)

7-10 Step right to side and turn 1/4 right, step left to side

11-12 Step right back neat to the left heel, step left in place

STRUTS TO SIDE, SLOW ROCK STEP TO SIDE/ ALTERNATIVE: ROCK STEP WITH STRUTS

1-2 Step right toe to side, drop the right heel down

3-4 Step left toe across right, drop the left heel down

5-8 Step right foot to side, hold /strut, step left in place, hold/strut

STRUTS TO L

1-4 Step right toe across left foot, drop the right heel down, step left toe to side, drop the left heel down

BREAK 

1-2 Stomp right foot near the left foot, hold

3-4 Bump hips to the left and back, hold

You can dance this dance also as 1 one wall line dance. Just don’t turn the second fusku basic.

Asahi perustuu fysioterapian kaltaisiin liikkeisiin, jossa koko keho avataan systemaattisesti niskasta nilkkoihin hyödyntäen ihmisen luontaista hengitystä. Sen liikkeet ovat suunniteltu tarkoituksella yksinkertaisiksi, niin että kuka tahansa voi aloittaa harjoittamaan Asahia.

UUSI TANSSI: THE DANCE JA MUUTA

Hei!

Happy Feet -leirillä opettelimme uuden tangon nimeltään The Dance. Se on tehty Michael Nantel:n  esittämään Tango -kappaleeseen. Hienoon kappaleeseen on tehty aikaisemmin ainakin yksi tanssi, todella hieno 64 iskun intermediate line dance, Tango With Me Darling,  jonka tekijät ovat Rob Fowler ja Daniel Whittaker. Tätä tanssia on tanssittu Kauniaisten line dance jatko 2 -kurssilla tänä keväänä.

 

The Dance on helpompi tanssi: 32 iskua, ja yksi erikoisosa: 32 iskun B-osa. Tanssi  on tehty erityisesti Happy Feet -leiriä varten, mutta se on helppo kyllä opetella tai kerrata lakanastakin. Tanssin voi tanssia myös ilman B-osaa.
