WDM 2015 kuvia

Hei!

WDM 2015 hienosta tapahtumasta julkaisen kuvia ja tekstiä muutamassa erässä SENIO -rivitanssin fb-sivustolla!

Olin siellä kilpailemassa koreografiakisassa. Näin monta erityisen hienoa kilpakoreografiaa!! Ja aion myös opettaa yhden voittotansseista!  Omista uusista tansseistani A Good Man Is hard to Find ylti sarjassaan kolmanneksi.

Yksi tanssikurssilaisistani, Hellevi Härkönen, innostui lähtemään WDM 2015 tapahtumaan mukaan ja tanssimaan kanssani kilpailussa. Kesä kului harjoitellessa 3 tanssia.

Tapahtuma kesti 3 päivää. Opimme uusia tansseja, katselimme myös varsinaisia tanssikisoja ja kannustimme suomalaisia ja jännitimme heidän suorituksiaan.  Jatkoimme matkaa vielä Lontooseen, jossa tuli nähtyä kaupunkia, katseltua taidetta. Lontoon hienot puistot ovat myös näkemisen arvoisia.

Ja juhlittiin, tietysti, tanssia, ja filosofoitiin sen mystistä ja energistä olemusta:

I have been  making these 3 new dances for some time. Now they are ”ready to dance”.

1) A Good Man is Hard To Find   -high beginner line dance, boogie woogie

2) Broken Arrows  -intermediate phrased night club line dance

3) Harlem Nocturne – advanced phrased rumba line dance!

Hei!

Taas uusia liikkeitä Harlem Nocturne -rumbassa!! Harlem Nocturne on phrased advanced rumba line dance.   Broken Arrows -tanssissa myös uusia tuulia.  A Good Man Is Hard to Find -tanssissa on lisää vauhtia; se on päivityksissä säilynyt melkein samanlaisena. Tanssit löytyvät englanninkielen puolelta: dancescripts.

Then sway hands from side to side, hips are moving from side to side. Thighs are together. Stop the movement when music stops.

Opetetut tanssit kevät 2015 on näkyvissä Opetus-kategoriassa. Syksyllä on uusia kursseja maanantai-iltana Vantaan aikuisopistossa. Illalla paritanssikurssi -seuratansseja ja lattareita (18.00 – 19.30) ja sen perään rivitanssikurssi -alkeet. Hakunilassa.

Englanninkieliselle puolelle olen tehnyt uuden helpon tanssin: A Good Man Is Hard To Find.

Seniorit liikkeelle 2015!

Hei!Tässä tapahtumassa, 9.3.2015, voi kokeilla myös SENIO -rivitanssia klo 12.00 ja 13.00 välillä (en tiedä vielä tarkkaa kellonaikaa). Olen sitä vetämässä siellä. Tanssimme hyvin helppoja tansseja. Huomaa myös muut lajit, joita voit kokeilla.

Mm. zumbaa, senioritanssia, kuntotanssia ja tanssinäytöksiä.

Tähtivieraana senioreita liikuttaa myös monipuolinen espoolainen taiteilija ja senioriliikkuja Pirkko Mannola!

Seuraavat Seniorit liikkeelle -tapahtumat:

Ti 14.4. klo  9.30-11.30 ulkoilutapahtuma Espoonlahden uimahalli/-urheilupuistossa: Senioreitten kevätkirmaus  (ei bussikyytejä)

Pe 8.5. klo 10.30-14.00 Oittaalla Lystiä liikuntaa -ulkoilupäivä (ilmoittautuminen bussikyyteihin myöhemmin))

Lisäksi kesäkuussa järjestetään ohjattu vene-/päiväretki upeaan ulkoilusaareen, Isoon Vasikkasaareen (päivä varmistuu myöhemmin). Lähtö on Nokkalan venesatamasta, Matinkylästä. Sopii myös liikuntaesteisille.
