1-2 Step right forward, hold (slow)
3-4 Step forward left, right (quick quick)
5-6 Step left forward and turn ½ right with flick backwards with right foot in front of left leg (slow)
7-8 Step right forward (quick), step left forward (quick)

WALKS WITH FLICKS, TURN ¼ LEFT, STEP TOGETHER, HOLD
1-2 Flick right leg to side and step right forward, slow
3-4 Flick left leg to side and step left forward, slow
5-6 Step right forward and turn ¼ left (quick), step left in place (quick)
7-8 Step right together, hold and left knee comes nearer to right knee
